Our mission.

Hire power placement is a unique recruitment firm supporting the pulp & paper and greater manufacturing industry. We didn’t start out like most companies do; with a bullet-proof game plan funded by an ambitious entrepreneur. No, instead we started out with a prayer and a strong desire to follow Christ. God says in Jeremiah 29:11, that He “has good plans for us”, and in Romans 8:28, “that all things work together for the good to those that love God and are called according to His good purpose”. So that’s all we had, just a couple promises from God. But hey, that’s the most important thing we can have right? From there, the path cleared and the promises were validated. The idea was birthed, and has now grown year over year, adding more team members and tripling in growth as we support clients nationwide.

Our mission is to help assist people in finding where the “higher power” really wants to place them in this world. We strive to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and candidates. We aim to be diligent in our recruitment efforts, and faithful in our ministry. If you need help in hiring the right talent, then reach out.
